The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to other parts of the island via bus or boat. the room was clean and the cleaning service was perfect. the food at the hotel was very good, with a wide variety and good quality options.
One of the disappointing aspects was that the all-inclusive package did not include drinking water unless you were near the pool bar. There was no refill of your own bottle allowed, so if you weren't at the pool, you had to walk quite a distance to get a small drink in a single-use plastic glass.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was amazing, just steps away from a crescent-shaped private beach. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
